Post: Looking for a bank to support BRRR strategy

Hello,

I am looking for a (local) bank to support the BRRR strategy. My business partners and I purchased and rehabbed a rental using cash. We now want to refinance it and need a bank that accepts the fact that the title currently is in the name of the LLC. The banks we have spoken to so far want a single person on title. If we change the name on title the seasoning process starts over and we can only refi six months from now. Has anyone else encountered this challenge and can give me some good pointers or referrals? Thank you!

Hello, does anyone have a recommendation for a Used Appliance source in the Washington DC area?  I am looking for a stainless steel fridge for a rental.  Thanks.

For Property Management, check out Meramec Valley Properties, give Mark Westlock a call. He is very professional, I think you would be happy to have him manage your property.

Hello Jay, this is a very generous offer and I would like to be considered.  I live in St. Louis, moved here in May of 2016 and by July acquired two houses which I am rehabbing - - one to hold for rental income, the other to flip.  I am new to the world of real estate investing and figured the best way to learn, next to reading, courses, podcasts and networking is to jump in and start 'doing'.  Needless to say - - being new in town, new to real estate investing, new to major rehabs, this adventure continues to be quite the learning curve for me but it is also confirming my passion for real estate, even on days when I am overwhelmed.  I meet all of your criteria (live in StL, have cash, newbie) and would love to take on the next project with guidance, sharing my experience with this community and ultimately benefitting a deserving charity.  Enjoy your vacation and thank you for making such a generous and exciting offer!  Astrid

Congratulations Jason.  Try giving "Big Bob's Hauling" a call to see if they can clean up your house.  Good luck.
