House cleanup in St Louis (saint louis) MO

Hey BP. I'm a newer investor/flipper and I just bought a beat up property! This house is filled with goodies like couches, carpet, old furnace, and yard waste! A few empty bottles of Hennessy as well. Was wondering if anybody knows anyone on the cheap that can come over and empty out the stuff and haul away. It's really not that much stuff. Just bulky.
