Holton Wise prices look attractive but more impt is what happens after the purchase? Their info indicates they have a Property Mgt Division but I'd like objective feedback good or bad from customers etc. Are they a true reliable turnkey.?Or largely a brokerage ?Are there any new or long term customers of Holton
