Amanda Kuhl on the same boat. I placed a few calls with realtors and their initial response time was ok but they don't follow up. I've decided to go the foreclosure route in Enola, Steelton, Mechanicsburg, etc. There are pros and cons to this. Attending a live auction next month.

In next two weeks I will be starting the rehab project of a bathroom at a prewar building. I'm not a contractor. This is an investment property. The window is right in the shower tub area. There is wood trim, the big chunky beautiful style original to the property. I love it but the wood trim does need to be repaired or removed.

Some have recommended PVC, Composite Trim, and tile. Another suggestion was removing the trim molding and replacing it with tile. Going to remove the shower liner and subway tile this entire shower area all the way up to the ceiling.

Any suggestions other suggestions?

Maged,

Olga is absolutely correct. Review the forums, there is ton of free information there. You mentioned northern NJ, is there a city or county you are looking for?

I am an investor and have worked with Derek Gomez on both sides of the fence. Interacted with him as the seller's agent as well as representing me as a buyer on a few purchases. He is my go to guy in Hudson County.

Best of luck.

Hi all,

I recently purchased a condo in a new development in Miami, Florida. Property is under an LLC formed in FL. Trying to get insurance coverage that includes liability coverage. Condo (residential) has just been rented with a newly signed 1 yr lease.

Attaining insurance in Florida is a bit tougher than in NJ, particularly for an LLC.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thank You.
