Florida Attorney for LLC setup

I need a Florida based attorney to create an LLC operating agreement for and IRA owned LLC.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

You do not need a Florida based attorney, but rather someone who specializes in this type of program and is familiar with the federal tax laws and tightly integrating the LLC with the IRA account. There are quality providers with solid experience all across the country that operate in all 50 states, several of whom are active here on BP.

There is one group out of Miami.  As a competitor I will not comment on them publicly.
