@Sam Meister and @Robert Guilfoyle I am starting my own property management firm this summer, here in Philadelphia. An investor myself, working with my brother. Have few properties under my belt, and construction connections (general, electric plumbing) let me know if I can be of any help. Would love to work together and establish connections. If you guys have good acquisition techniques would love to hear them as well.

Would love to work for successful property management firm.

I would take knowledge as a form of payment. I will do all the work you need me to do. You can count on me 100%. I just want to learn the industry so whenever Im able to acquire good amount of properties I would be able to successfully manage them.

I want to open my own management company one day, help others get true passive income by taking care of the problems on the back end that they never have to worry about, just collect the money thats all. I have my father as general contractor and i have lots of connections within construction community plumbers electricians you name it. I am missing business operations skills and would like to know what would be the best way to gain that knowledge in most productive way?

Thank you for your time

Ashot

Our father has been a seasoned investor since 2001. He lost a lot of money during the 2007-2008 crash. He lost everything he had and than some.

My brother and I graduated Universities in 2010 and started working for Fortune 500 companies, soon to figure out corporate world was not for us. We opened different kinds of businesses and loved being self-employed; soon to realized that we should consider real estate again, for passive income. It was hard to go back to it as our father was skeptical, but after long discussions with our father we came up with what we believe is a good strategy so we wont repeat his mistakes.

Bought our first investment house in November 2015, about to close on the triplex this month (April, 2016). Buying our first primary residence in June 2016 with my wife

Our current short term goal is to buy another investment property by the end of 2016

Long term goal 1000 units all paid in clear in 20 years... wish us luck
