Greetings!

I hope all is well.

I am looking to grow my real estate portfolio in either Philadelphia, Pittsburgh or Baltimore. I am looking for any kind of connections, advice and/or feedback on multifamily investing in either of these markets. Also if anyone could point me in the right direction for a good and trusted property manager in any of these markets it would be greatly appreciated.

Your advice is greatly valued!

Thanks,

Sam
