I want to open my own management company one day, help others get true passive income by taking care of the problems on the back end that they never have to worry about, just collect the money thats all. I have my father as general contractor and i have lots of connections within construction community plumbers electricians you name it. I am missing business operations skills and would like to know what would be the best way to gain that knowledge in most productive way?

Thank you for your time

Ashot
