@John Underwood Yes you are correct. Our plan is to take the cashflow from arbitrage to purchase homes that we can then use for Airbnb as well.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to Phoenix Arizona, and we are looking to invest in short-term rentals specifically using the Airbnb arbitrage method. We’ve gotten a few owners/investors to say yes to allowing us to rent out their units forAirbnb, however I was wondering if anyone has tried this method and if so what advice on they have on how to reach more investors that will allow Airbnb rentals?

Hello everyone! I am currently a college student who is graduating in December. I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for years and I have always had a desire to dive into real estate investing, however I've struggled with financing since I won't have my full-time job for another two months. I'm looking into investing in short-term rentals in Athens, GA. (Go Dawgs!) I want to get a head start now and gain as much knowledge as I can so that I can really take off come January. If anyone has any advice or suggestions about investing in Athens (preferably in the 30601 zip code) I would love to hear it.
