Metro-Phoenix Airbnb Rentals

Hello,

My boyfriend and I recently moved to Phoenix Arizona, and we are looking to invest in short-term rentals specifically using the Airbnb arbitrage method. We’ve gotten a few owners/investors to say yes to allowing us to rent out their units forAirbnb, however I was wondering if anyone has tried this method and if so what advice on they have on how to reach more investors that will allow Airbnb rentals?

@Ashley Johnson my wife and I just purchased our first STR in Phoenix this week! The arbitrage/co-host route is our next plan of action so I'm very curious to see the feedback you get.
