Hi BP community!

I just came across BP podcast about a week ago and have been listening every day in my car. I am a novice real estate investor. I am going to take a tour of the two properties in Detroit I'm buying next week. Looking to connect with other investors in Michigan and Cleveland area. Nice to meet you all.
