I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath brick colonial turnkey rental property for sale. We're asking $23k. It used to be a duplex so it has 2 of everything (2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, etc...). The tenant pays all utilities and has a two year lease in place. Rent's are $700/month and it's offered on a warranty deed with all taxes paid. Attached is a link to the photos. There was a new roof put on 3 years ago. Property management in place , no immediate repairs needed and tenant pay's every month.
