I’m sure it’s location specific but It’s really common where my rentals are. 

I don't have any glamping sites but for my STRs, my cleaners take the linens off-site to wash them-even though we do have washer/dryers in the properties. It takes too long to wash them between guests. We have several sets of everything.

Hi @Ben Lin I would suggest speaking with your realtor, as they can tell you if you’d lose your earnest money. Are you still under your option period? Also, could you pivot and utilize the property as a mid-term or short term rental instead and still profit from it?

I agree with @Luke Carl, read Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth. It's a great book for short term rental investors. You can probably read it in a day or two. In regards to your specific question, I would recommend utilizing a property management software like Guesty to set up your messaging system. You can use the platforms themselves but I find it easier to utilize the software, especially since you will be adding more rentals in the future.
