Using HELOC for 1st time real estate adventure...

Hello BP fam!

I'm interested in using a HELOC for my real estate beginnings. I am familiar with this product but unsure how to map out the process of using it effectively. I would like to invest my time in a fix & flip to develop capital for future projects, or use the BRRRR strategy. If there is anyone in the Houston area market, I would be really excited to connect. Any help from my BP fam well be much appreciated.
