Thank you all for your help. 

I sent them a letter with a warning before filing a complaint to MIBOR as well as a lawsuit of their company and the company manager personally.
The manager responded to the warning and began giving information and making a transfer of funds. 

The money is supposed to come in today so I hope I do not have to continue the process.

I prefer not to write the company name here. But If you can guide me to the local union of the real estate investor I will definitely can tell them my story.
