Hello BP Community, Looking at potential rental property investment in NJ or PA. My understanding is that laws are more tenant friendly in NJ vs PA. Is that the case ? Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks, Adam

Thanks Jon. My parents have been spending winters here for over 20 years and I have spent a lot of time in this area. I also have friends who live in the area and believe it has a good mix of families and retirees. The question about the rent comes about because while I realize the seasonal rent is the strongest, if for some reason, it is not there, or is weaker than expected, would there be a stable longer term rental market to fall back on.

Hello BP Community, Does anyone have any experience with the rental market in the Delray Beach / Boca Raton area ? I am considering an investment property in this area and wanted to get a sense of the health of the rental market, especially off-season. Your feedback is always appreciated. Thank you, Adam

I am looking to get into note investing and I am looking to get advice from an attorney on legal risks, to see if they can help reviewing due diligence docs and overall advice

Hello BP Community, Unfortunately, I was all registered to attend Note Expo when a work situation arose and I had to cancel. I live in the NY / NJ Metro area and I was curious if there were other note conferences in the future and if they might be on the east coast. In addition, are there note investor groups - similar to an REIA- around ? Thank you, Adam

thank you all for some great feedback. I think it is clear that setting up an entity and using a licensed servicer is the way to go !
