@Sandeep S., @Account Closed. I know that you can talk to only a few people in a single meet, specially if you want to have quality interaction. It is totally understandable. But I do hope to be able to talk to you in one of the future meets :).

@Johnson H. It was a very good experience connecting with experienced investors yesterday. Thanks for arranging it. It was good to see so many experienced investors in one place.

@Account Closed It was very nice talking to you and gathering gems of information. I could only manage a short time to come, but quite a learning experience! I look forward to connect to you again in future. You have wealth of information and I hope to learn from you.

Sandeep, also thanks for the beer :)

@Viet Nguyen, as a newbie not sure whether I should respond here, but as I am still finding my way around, I would greatly appreciate if you could notify me when you post the details of your property (in marketplace).

Thanks

I am looking for a similar service in CA. A few days back I found this website. However this does not serve CA, so does not work for me, nor I have any idea about how good or bad it is for the markets that it serves.

Thank you all.

@Bahman Ghashghaei, currently I am focused on getting myself and my family a home. Since it is going to be an expensive proposition, I am not looking to invest anywhere else. But I would certainly like to work with you in future once I am past this one.

@Account Closed , sorry I can not make it to SF. Hope to see you in future though.

@Monty Alston Thank you

@Michael L. , true, never thought about that. May be that explains steep rise in home values this year in that area.

@J. Martin , I am too new to have a broad perspective :) except for south bay area.
