Hello,

I just joined biggerpockets.com today. I have been on biggerpockets website a few times before and it appears to be a great resource.

I live in south bay. My real estate experience so far involves, buying and renting two properties in San Jose and one in Sacramento. I recently sold one in San Jose and made decent profit. Currently I am in market for my own home in Warm Springs neighborhood in Fremont. I am open to rehabbing. So any leads/deals in that area will be appreciated.
