@Jake C. I’ve heard a few people tell me about Chicago as well. What is the value of a single family home or are those as rare as they are in the five Boros of nyc?

Where do I begin to look for decent markets for cash flow? I’ve been looking at the DFW area in Texas. Any more ideas? I was also looking at downtown Phoenix. Not sure where to start. I’m just learning, reading, and watching everything to soak in and learn as much as possible. I went to a seminar for rich dad but it was a hook to a much more expensive course. The cheapest was 15k for a course. I suppose the best way to begin is to find a good market to work in. Correct me if I am wrong! Excited to keep on learning!

@Basit Siddiqi ahh yes I do have family that lives in Arizona. Actually around the Phoenix area. So I’d say probably Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen creek. I know homes here are much more reasonable for a working family. In nyc a home around my area is min 800k- 1M

I live in New York City but everything is too expensive there. Would Arizona be a better starting spot?
