Do investors doing flips use the same color scheme, flooring, countertops, etc. on each of their flips?  If so I'd be interested in learning about some of the templates that investors use.  We are making decisions on some of these items for the first time with our first flip that we are in the middle of.

I was in Indy last week and met all kinds of wonderful people that I'm going to be reaching out to and building relationships with. Looking forward to how these relationships will change the present course of how we do our investing in Indianapolis.  In the mean time we have a Flip project that we have taken on and are looking for a local project manager that is open to overseeing the contractor that we have in place.  If anyone has any recommendations for anyone that does this type of thing please let me know.

God bless,

Arturo

Aaron would love to connect on my visit. In Indy we have been applying the BRRR method (5 properties) and are doing our first flip. We have only been investing here since April 2018 and would like to step up our investing. Would love to touch base with you to learn about the opportunities you are wholesaling.

I'll be visiting Indianapolis next week to continue to bolster the team we have in place for our real estate investment endeavors.  I'm interested in meeting with real estate agents, wholesalers, property management companies, contractors, etc.  If you have any recommendations for any of the above that you recommend that I reach out to during my visit please pass their names on.

There are 2 20+ unit properties that we have an agreed upon LOI on in Indianapolis. Both properties offer affordable housing through HAP contracts. We are speaking directly to owner on these properties. We are trying to decide how involved we would like a real estate lawyer to be with this purchase. Do we use a lawyer from start to finish? Do we use them primarily to just draw up the purchase agreement? Thank you in advance for your input.

God bless,

Arturo

I'm considering investing in a property through Fortune Foreclosures and DJ Thielen.  Anyone had any experience investing with this group?  Thanks in advance for your responses.

God bless,

My partners and I have been purchasing properties in Indianapolis using the BRRR method. We are looking to expand our efforts into a few other markets. First step would be getting a team in place to help carry out our game plan. I'm hoping people have some contacts for construction and property management they are able to pass on. One of the reasons we are interested in Oklahoma City is that a contact has been providing me with Bank Owned homes and would like to take advantage of the opportunities he is providing whether that means purchasing the homes ourselves or getting these properties in the hands of other investors.
