There are 2 20+ unit properties that we have an agreed upon LOI on in Indianapolis. Both properties offer affordable housing through HAP contracts. We are speaking directly to owner on these properties. We are trying to decide how involved we would like a real estate lawyer to be with this purchase. Do we use a lawyer from start to finish? Do we use them primarily to just draw up the purchase agreement? Thank you in advance for your input.

God bless,

Arturo
