James that is awesome. Congratulations. Sounds like we are on a similar path. We are closing on our 6th BRRR since last April on Monday and it has been a great experience. Would love to connect at some point and share war stories. We are hoping to double or triple the number of projects we take on this upcoming year. I'm actually putting together my first investor presentation as we are going to be bringing in private money for the first time. Would love to see a sample that anyone has of what they use and any recommendations for a 1st timer looking to use private money.

My partners and I have identified some properties that we are interested in, located throughout Columbus, OH.  I'm looking to get feedback on areas (zip codes/parts) of town to avoid. Any feedback that you are able to provide would be most useful. Thanks in advance for your time.

Looking for some resources to help determine where the largest job growth might be over the next several years.  Any suggestions welcome.  

We have several questions that we need to get answered by a real estate lawyer.  Anyone have any references?  Thanks in advance for your time.

Ethan. Thank you, the article is very informative. I had some knowledge of a number of the areas, but what a great resource. We have a property management company that takes care of the properties for us. Have several deal sources and trying to find a way to limit what they send me. Figured if I can eliminate certain parts of town I can streamline the evaluation process. I agree having a team in place is vital, I believe we have a pretty good one in place now.

Kathryn. Trulia heat maps are something I utilize for almost every property, it truly is a great tool. What parts of town are you most familiar with?

@Rich Lopes I do have partners.  Slowly working my way towards financial freedom.  If it wasn't for working with partners doubt I'd be this far along.  Definitely ready to grow exponentially. 

Congratulations.  I'd be interested in connecting to help accelerate my projected retirement date. We have 91 door so far, but am not generating anywhere near enough income to 'retire'

So far we have purchased 91 doors, but has taken us much longer.  Thanks for helping to provide a roadmap to accelerate our growth.  I'd be interested in chatting at some point.
