@Brian Boyd I agree 110%! I wonder if governments are going to cause a problem with eviction. I’m assuming TN is more landlord friendly than NY.

On a side note. How is the market where you are?

What is the plan when tenants can’t work and cannot make rent payments?

Hi all! Moved to Tampa recently and it seems area is over priced.

How is central Florida? Is it mostly single family demand or do multi families? 
I heard between Tampa and Orlando is the next area to boom. Any thoughts?

Lots of offers going out but I’m surprised at the selling prices. Successful 2020!

@Alla Minchenkov of course you can try to negotiate. What’s stoping you? And what’s up with some of these people telling you no!?

I’ve negotiated with properties saying as is, firm, foreclosure banks ect.

@Henry Lazerow thanks for the comment! So are you buying 5% return properties? Also irr I see mentioned on this post a lot. Is a very speculative number. I like concrete facts.
