@Jennifer Gligoric great post! Trying to find a good median but in NY at least itt always seems to fall on the owners shoulders. Just trying to be prepared to handle the situation. Like everything else. Preparation is half of the job.

@Brian D'Agostine of course there is a cushion. Not saying it’s going to break my bank. But it is an issue that has to be addressed.
