You wait, less competition for me lol! Just like other in this post I have many friends that would let’s just say what they say would like to get in to RE but there is supposedly a bubble somewhere it’s suppose to pop…. It’s a pandemic….. can’t find a deal….. and the best they are closely looking at the market! How do you look at RE market like the stock market? Is their a program out there that I’m not aware of with graphs and a bell that rings at the end of the day???? Lol! That friend that is closely watching the market just picked up a $5000 omega watch, took me out for drinks to show off his watch, so maybe it’s the watch that might show the RE market “closely “ lol so to make this long but here’s a tip if you have a deal and the numbers look good don’t wait on it!

Small investors are not dead, you gotta hustle everyday, and don’t stop!

large institutions are not buying anything in Detroit, there is a city where you can get 2-4% rule, it’s a hustle but it’s our playground, many other cities out there as well, just need to hustle.

Reason I posted, I hear there are local Detroit banks that lend but I haven’t had any luck.

Hey Scott,

Sorry I posted this exactly how bankers respond to me when I mention the city or Detroit. Once I say the city they say no. Properties would be rented anywhere from 6 months to 24 months, prices from $50k to $70k.

I was curious if anyone knows of any banks that lend to properties long term 20-30 year loans?
