Currently working a full time job in HVAC. I am looking to fill up my downtime by mowing lawns. I am located in south fort worth. If you are interested send me a message. (I don’t have all the necessary tools for all HVAC repairs yet but I can check your system too and maintenance it and do all the simple stuff)

I’m looking to get into a Multifamily home within the next 2-3 months, unfortunately I will not be able to come up with the down payment in that time frame. Is there any other ways you guys would recommend? Are there any type of loans/grants that would be able to help? Also, would you guys recommend going through a realtor? I have also heard about “hard money lenders”, how does that work? I am a first time home buyer and live in Texas. Thank you in advance. 🙂

Hello everyone! My name is Arnasi and I have been interested in real estate investing for about 4-months already. I have been listening to a lot of the BP podcasts and started to read on the subject and just have been soaking up information. Currently I work from 1pm-9:30pm Monday through Friday, I am 21 years old, and literally have no money to invest (bummer!) but I am here today to shoot my shot I guess. I wake up every morning at 6am and don’t leave for work until 12pm. I feel like I do have a lot of spare time, so I am offering to work for someone experienced in real estate during my off time, in exchange for guidance and networking. I am willing to be an assistant sending emails and going to properties to take pictures, etc. I am located in close to downtown Fort Worth. Thank you.
