I wanted to try this and see how it goes.

Currently working a full time job in HVAC. I am looking to fill up my downtime by mowing lawns. I am located in south fort worth. If you are interested send me a message. (I don’t have all the necessary tools for all HVAC repairs yet but I can check your system too and maintenance it and do all the simple stuff)

@Arnasi N. thanks for posting. Always great to hear from a fellow Texan. Sounds like you want to work and we love that. My recommendations here are that you go to some Real Estate Investor Group pages on Facebook and join them and start networking in that way. You can search "Dallas REI" (for Real Estate Investor) or "DFW Real Estate Investor" or all sorts of different combinations of those things and just start posting. You'll be reaching 8,000-20,000 people at a time that way.
