From what I'd can see its very accurate but I don't have the data to prove it.I'd decided to sign up and going to see how it works for me in 2018.

I'd did the 30 day free trial and really like it,haven't sign up yet because i'm still exploring other systems that can built my business but I think i'll sign up for REIPRO in the near future.

Question about wholesaling,do you prefer to double close or assignment? Also I've read that the general rule of thumb is that any profit over $10K  you should double close. What's your thoughts?

Watermark them I’d found that scammers will stay away from them.

I,m seeking a private money lender to help a family purchase a mobile home (Land own) $70K at 7% rate 100% financing + closing cost added @ 10 yrs with a 5 Year balloon. Property located in Florida with low monthly HOA fee. Please inquire if able to help. Thank you

Let’s chat! I’m a Realtor and wholesaler and would like the opportunity to work with you!
Anytime someone asked for a fee upfront is likely a scam. These guys are Nigeria scammers and they post a lot in Facebook as well. I’d personally knew someone who got scam out over $3K!

As a Realtor I can tell you that working with FSBO’s isn’t always pleasant especially when we’re trained to take control over the deals. I’d personally don’t have any problems with working with fsbos but most agents hate seeing fsbos on the MLS because they feel that all the yearly fees we paid to our local MLS board fsbos shouldn’t be able to be listed on the MLS. Also I’d don’t know what your experience is but most fsbos never sold a property on their own before and are clueless about what takes place from start to finish and agents wine up doing double the work for half the paid.
