I,m seeking a private money lender to help a family purchase a mobile home (Land own) $70K at 7% rate 100% financing + closing cost added @ 10 yrs with a 5 Year balloon. Property located in Florida with low monthly HOA fee. Please inquire if able to help. Thank you
