Hey Carlos, I work for a large whole sale company and work with lot of other whole sellers in the Houston area also. Not sure how the market is where you are but here it is competitive but its not impossible. At the beginning i would suggest working with or partnering up with some one who is local and once you get a feel for the area you are in start working on your own. 

Yes there is plenty of investors in Houston that are on BP, not much chatting going on but every one is here. If any of you newbies need help finding properties let me know i would be more than happy to work with y'all. 

@Eric Rodriguez Everything that was said on this thread was spot on, if you or @Alden Cleveland need a source for deals in the Houston area i could put you on my list also.

I know it is two years late... but how did you finish the year and what were your results. I feel that the fall slow down has already hit this year in Houston.

When you say full rehab, how bad is it? I might know a few i could recommend.

Where will you be looking for you next flip at?

Any up dates on meet ups in the clear lake/ south houston area?

Welcome to BP!! Its just a matter of looking and time, the property you are looking for will pop up. In the mean time you should defiantly be doing your home work on the Houston area. As a whole seller my self i can tell you multi units can be rare but the do pop up in side the loop.
