Houston TX Fix and Flip

Hello Biggerpocket,

I'm an investor in the suburbs of New York City, moving to Houston Tx. Our primary focus is to buy and hold, but we are looking to do more fix and flip in the spring and the woodlands area of TX. My question is how is the fix and flip business in general in Houston? Thank you!

I would steer clear of woodlands for flips for Flips right now.  DOM are high and prices are falling in most neighborhoods.  My company buys a couple hundred a year not counting what we do in our buy and hold fund.

If you are looking for deals and direction on the houston market, look me up when you get here and i can get you to sit down with our team and provide some guidance

The market overall in houston is slowing down, but if you have the right mindset and data you can make money flipping houses regardless of market direction!
