Hello everyone my name is Arman Bagdasaryan, I just wanted to ask if you have any advice for a 16 year old who is eager to learn and build wealth through real-estate investing. I'm currently learning as much as possible, i'm watching the podcasts, reading books, taking notes, and i'm also analyzing deals just to get used to it. On top of that i'm saving up money so I can buy my first deal. Is there anything specific I should be focusing on such as networking at a young age learning about a specific topic about Real-estate? If so please let me know any advice would be amazing, thank you so much for your time! 

Hello, my name is Arman Bagdasaryan and i'm 16 years old learning as much as possible about Real-estate investing. Ive read BRRRR as well as Brandon Turners book but i'm just having trouble on the Comps. Right now i'm just Analyzing properties for to get really good at it so it becomes very easy for me (BRRRR), but here comes the problem i cant seem to find comps. Right now i'm just Analyzing deals of Redfin is there anywhere else a 16 year old can possibly look at deals to Analyze houses instead of redfin, Zillow and etc...
