Thank you so much for the advice, i'm staying tuned with the macro market so if I can pick up a good deal in the next year or two for my parents probably be the best move.

Hey everyone my name is Arman Bagdasaryan 16 year old aspiring real estate investor. Me and my family are in a dilemma. My parents got in offer excepted on a rental property about 1 year ago and they have been in escrow ever since. How ever we communicate and ask why, there is always some excuse saying that the current owners are moving and that need more time. The agent that listed it got hit by a car etc.. Any advice on what to do here. Do we cancel the escrow and back out. Very confused on what to do here. Any advice will help thank you so much!

And yeah, @Arman Bagdasaryan, you're doing it right my friend! Become valuable to other people by devoting your time and service for free... it's going to get you a lot further when it comes to experience, knowledge, and deal opportunities!

Love the advice thank you so much!!

Hello everyone my name is Arman Bagdasaryan and i'm 16 years old. Everyday i'm constantly learning about real-estate investing, consuming and learning as much as I can right now. I have something to offer, I am willing to go driving for dollars and finding distressed property for any one who is interested. The best part about it is i will do it ALL FOR FREE!! I just want to get as much experience as I can doing everything I possibly can at my age. Im located in Glendale California but willing to drive a good amount out of Glendale like, Santa Clarita, Bakersfield, etc..  Exited to be working with a lot of awesome people!

*(I can even run numbers on deals and give you my perspective on it!!)*

Hello everyone, What is the best way to research about a specific areas (Job growth, Median Salary, Population growth, etc..) Just an overall research about the area?

@Arman Bagdasaryan you should get a job in the industry. Reading will only take you so far, real world experience is key.

Already working on getting a job as an assistant coordinator! Thank you so much for the advice.

It's also never too early to establish good credit, which is imperative in the early stages. If you can have one of your parents add your name to a credit card to use ( and pay off each month), that will get you started. Open a bank account and keep a decent balance to begin a relationship with them so you'll have a history when it's time to apply for your own credit card, auto loan, or home loan.

And if you're looking for a book that will open your eyes, check out 'The Personal MBA', by Josh Kaufman. Real estate books are helpful, but this is more focused on business in whole.

Good luck!

Thank you so much for the advice!
