We all like to know the secrets. Well a common secret I see among the successful persons in Real Estate. 

I always notice the all have very large marketing budgets. 

Whether Billboards, TV ads, Radio exposure, or Internet Marketing.

All the successful persons in Real Estate seem to get great exposure. 

Customer Service is great, referrals are great.

The exposure has to start at some point.
