If you've been watching the Dallas/Fort Worth market but need boots on the ground. We have put together a team who can help you with every step of the process.

I work with a realtor who search the MLS and send me info on properties that meet my criteria. We have to move fast because in the current market, properties don't last very long. I have looked into auction properties in live and online auctions and have connected with wholesalers in my area but working with a realtor and searching the MLS has produced best results.

Thanks, @Tom MacDonald. Welcome to DFW real estate market. It's really going crazy. In the last one month, I have made at least 12 offers and almost all the properties went into multiple offers and sold above the asking price. In my opinion some of these were not worth the asking price but people are buying. I am not sure how they make money on these deals. Anyhow, good luck with your investments.

Thanks @Naeem Kapasi and @Account Closed. Things are moving in the right direction. I have registered my REI company and after searching for houses for more than a month and making several offers finally put my first property under contract this week. Will close next week and then start the rehab work. Currently working on making a scope of work for this house and talking to contractors so we can start the REHAB work right after closing. Will keep this forum updated with my progress.

Still looking. Almost had a REO deal last month but it was taking too long for the bank to respond so I cancelled it. Working on auction properties and pre-foreclosure listing. Have mailed few letters, waiting on any leads. Any suggestions or recommendations on how to proceed? Will highly appreciate any help.

I am an architect with 25 years of designing and construction experience. I am starting out in real estate investing. My primary interest is in flipping single family residentials in Keller and North Fort Worth area.
