If you've been watching the Dallas/Fort Worth market but need boots on the ground. We have put together a team who can help you with every step of the process.

-Lending: We partner with a local hard money lender who offers up to 70% arv with no down payment. That can include rehab funds. Our real estate agent is also a loan originator for an asset based lender for landlords. We need a pre-approval or proof of funds in order to begin work.

-Property Identification: Our agent will source on and off market properties according to your criteria. Once a property is identified, we will have a video walk-through and photos, rehab estimate, and accurate comps for your ARV within 2 business days. This will allow you to make a quick decision in our competitive market.

-Closing and Design Phase: During closing, our agent will assist you with anything needed to facilitate closing while we do renderings. We want to have the project shovel ready upon closing.

-Project Management: After closing we will begin our scope of work and turn the renderings into reality. We use trusted quality subs who will produce a finished product you can be proud of. Video walk-throughs available during and upon completion of project.

-Sale or Refinance: Our agent can list your home sale/rent or provide property manager recommendations. We have a network of lenders who are asset based and can refinance into a landlord loan quickly and without relying on your Debt to income ratio.
