@Rebekah Keller I wanted to tell you "THANK YOU" for your work, it will have impact far beyond what we can imagine and you're setting youngsters up for life success by molding and shaping them to a reality many are not exposed to, or believe they cannot access for reasons they are unaware of - in that they can .. so thank you for laying foundation for these kids .. GREAT GREAT seeds you're planting.

@Ben Zimmerman What is the purpose of your comment?? The post asks what are you doing to change things, yet you rant on about graduation rates and parental households without causation .. just bad fruit on the vine.

@Alexandra Sales Depends on the nature of the mortgage, one can do a wrap around loan where the mortgage is packaged into the seller financed agreement and the rate is higher than the mortgage being wrapped, so the seller can actually make some cash and see an incentive behind such an agreement. Again, depends on the type of mortgage, and could be tricky because most have a "dur on sale" clause which could trigger the full amount due. Most don't come after homes like that, but the language is there.

@Jared Wilson It wasn't working, then did with the update that was there this morning. It made my account appear closed on my profile page, no threads, nothing appeared even after multiple uninstalls & cache clears

 Still same. Uninstalled the droid app about 4 times the last 3 days, the 1st before I knew there was an issue
