I bought my property last year September. I wanted to refi but I am unsure of the 1. the process 2. is it the best call? due to it only being a year and not much equity in it. I understand alot variables contribute to this question so if you're free please pm. We can hop on a call

Due to Holidays, there arent many events or networking opportunites.

When considering investment in a project, what ROI appeals to you? I assure a return of 30% or more. Any thoughts?

When determining the budget for a new construction project, what comprises the holding costs for the build? How are these costs typically calculated? I hope I've used the correct terminology.

Seeking advice from local developers: If using land as collateral for a construction loan, how do you manage the 20% not covered by the lender's 80%? As a newcomer, I'd appreciate insights on the best way to proceed in this scenario.

I have a property that I may be willing to let someone use arbitrage.  Would be willing to hear their spell.

East Austin 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex.  One unit considered.

Interested Beretta Austin was against arbitrage

Do you have a mentor?

 No I don’t

Is there anyone in the Austin, TX area? I would like to tag along and even help for free in exchange for knowledge.

Hey You Guys,
I am seeking some guidance as I have recently established a Rental Arbitrage company. I have taken significant steps to ensure the credibility of my business, including crafting a comprehensive operations plan and presenting myself in a professional manner. Over the weekend, I have been actively touring various apartment complexes and reaching out to numerous potential partners via email.

However, I've encountered a setback; some of these apartment complexes have declined to work with me due to my lack of experience with prior Short-Term Rentals (STRs). I am now seeking advice on how to proceed and whether I might be approaching this venture incorrectly. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey, I'm looking into rental arbitrage and wanted to know if anyone had a airbnb addendum template? I am aware what I want to add and/or amend. Also, as a hostess do I just attach the addendum to the lease to take precedence over the rules outlined in the lease?
