Hey Jason Grant - I think they have a good product and I've mailed this list with success. It's an equity list and there is a reason to sell. But determining motivation still takes some work. The approach is very different from an absentee owner list (for example).

Being sensitive when marketing to these prospects and acting with integrity is key.

Contact Lance or Terry at US Leads List if they didn't email all of this to you when they sent over your list.

I would look to Lance for guidance if you are mailing this type of list for the first time.
