Quote from @David Ramirez:

Well, I don't know about Atlanta but here in Central Florida deals are gone within a week.

Are you apart of a team that generates leads or finding them yourself?

Hey Guys,

People are telling me deals are getting scarce in the city. Ive found that there are plenty of deals to be had but buyers are sitting on the sidelines. What do you guys see when it comes to finding new deals in the city?

Hey BP,

When do you all think is a better time to follow up call your seller leads that stated they were interested in selling? Also when do you think is the best time to call new leads?

Hey BP,

Here's a quick question. I run a large lead generation operation in Atlanta and run into sellers who instead of wanting to sell the property we are talking about they want to sell a property in far off counties. For example I am asking about a home in Atlanta, Fulton County; and they want to sell a property in Monroe Georgia (the sticks) with 35 acres. I cant even pull accurate comps on these properties but it happens so often that I am looking for ways to capitalize on the leads. Does anyone have advice?

Anton, I'd be interested in learning more about your deal types.  Atlanta is growing and fast.  I can then market to investors.

 Hey Dennis,

I would love to work with you. Lets connect. Send me a message and lets make it official.

Thank you John. I will check this out!

@Anton Watt I would usually try to know them through online but I think maybe you can try out on David Greene's Long-Distance Real Estate Investing. It could contain some information that you need.

Hey Kelvin thanks for the reference material. I will check it out now. I needed some good guidance.

Hello Demario,

I am looking to meet those connected with investors in California that may be interested in looking at Atlanta properties that they can rent out or flip. I live and have been finding off market properties for 5 years in Atlanta and heard there is a demand for our properties in California because they are cheaper (100K-200K). Do you know or can point me in the direction where I can meet some of these investors?

Hey Samantha,

Have you met anyone in California that is asking about buying houses in Atlanta? I live in Atlanta and work as a real estate agent here where properties are really cheap here compared to California (100-200K). There is still a lot of opportunity where people can make money renting these properties or flipping them. Atlanta is known as the Hollywood of the south and most new movies are made here. Have you ran into anyone who needs an Atlanta Connection for wholesale properties?
