What do you do with non wheel house deals you get through Leads?

Hey BP,

Here's a quick question. I run a large lead generation operation in Atlanta and run into sellers who instead of wanting to sell the property we are talking about they want to sell a property in far off counties. For example I am asking about a home in Atlanta, Fulton County; and they want to sell a property in Monroe Georgia (the sticks) with 35 acres. I cant even pull accurate comps on these properties but it happens so often that I am looking for ways to capitalize on the leads. Does anyone have advice?
