@Nicholas Aiola Ok, thanks for the info.  Is it easy to provide this in the event my borrowers do ask?

I have a self directed Roth IRA that I've been using to lend money for real estate deals. Do I need to provide my borrowers with a 1098? I'm referring to the borrowers that have already paid me back in full during 2018.

Good evening fellow investors. Im glad I stumbled on this thread as I learned a valuable lesson. My lender was the person who told me that I can quit claim the property into my LLC immediately after signing. However, I didn't think about the owner's policy or hazard insurance. After seeing the post on this thread, I made sure to discuss this with my insurance specialist and the title company. They've generated the necessary paperwork to ensure that my LLC will be covered once we close on the 25th. Bigger Pockets for the win!!

What’s the board’s thoughts on buying for rentals in this area, specifically near Eagle and Palm? This zip code has been hot and I see gentrification coming but it hasn’t quite hit this portion of 70118 yet. Any locals have thoughts on this area?

It’s a company that helps provide your business with unsecured lines of credit in your business name and not tied to your personal credit. I’m wondering how legit they are?

@John Morgan I'm in the process of purchasing a property now in my own name. I'm signing a quit claim deed at the closing transferring the property to my LLC. My lender is the person that told me I can do it. Lol
