So am I supposed to ask seller to take down there Zillow and Facebook postings of the home ?

I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to find investors/buyers outside of my area or should I focus more on finding them inside my area zone... trying to find myself some extra investors that I can pitch to as my area isn’t fairly that rich in size.

What stocks do you guys recommend

A 1300 sqft double wide mobile (doesn't look as such from the photo of it), sitting on 10.5 acres of land... nothing in the whole town even comes close according to the MLS and public records to have such massive amount of land. Is this potentially a great fix and flip deal? as an wholesaler that I am, would this be a great oppurtunity me to put this idea in the lap of a cash buyer? What do you think about it? would you bother ? THANKS for all inputs.

Finding cash buyers on PROPSTREAM, but when I skiptrace them, I can never find any numbers or contact info.. only other addresses... what should I do ? I’ve skiptraced at least 50-100 so far and kind of don’t just want to keep wasting money.

@Barry Pekin right , I guess that’s my next step instead of just trying to figure it out all alone just to find buyers and see whose interested & start there, THANKS!

Is it possible to find a home that is older yet surrounded by all newer built up and insides up to date homes ( very nice) and add bedrooms and baths etc and cosmetic work including central air to get it to the ARV of the other properties in the neighborhood ? It would NEED the additions added on and some to work.... the lot is already in the mid range of the other properties.

Do you think It’s possible to find an investor willing to take on such a project or is such a project even possible ?

Or did I over calculate the possibilities and will most likely only make less then imagined and have to sell for much less.

Is there anyone familiar with Arkansas ? Looking to build a buyers list and have questions.

It’s the only home around that has 2 and 1 bed all the others have 3-3 or 4-4 . And are fairly much newer. Inbox me if you can I’m new to this site and don’t know how
