@Samuel Eddinger the heating systems work in both units so heat for the winter is now a issue then tank on the side I'm on is in ruff shape and I want to take care of it before it fails or leaks. So I I start now 6 month brings me to spring/ summer

I have a duplex in CT and both units have oil heating one unit has a leaking tank and oil furnace

The other unit has a newer burning but the original tank

Looking for advice&or contacts for pricing on whether to pay for a tank replacement or do a conversion to gas in both units

I am a newer investor looking to build systems Does anybody use a check list before winter It gets very cold and we have multiple snow storms to avoid surprises mid winter as much as possible

Merry xmas eve eve, 

Every one coming to the final weeks on my first house hack brrr deal and getting ready to rent out my first unit.

I notice that BP has leases agreements for every state besides CT, every time i listen to a podcast or look at BP member portfolio never hear or see CT property's . I know ct has high  property taxes but beside that is there something i am missing.

Would love some pro and cons of ct investing and rentals .  Thank you Tony Z

im currently in the middle of my first deal witch is a 203k house hack brrr the golden trio renovation has about 1 to 2 months left not sure what my focus should be one findings the next deal or preparing for the property management side of things ,i don't want to get caught up in the day of things and not be able to scale

Moving to CT from MA just got my first deal have learned a lot but have some very worries on the tax side of everything i want to make sure im doing things legally and efficiently

I agree a 1000% someone who can answer questions that is going to charge me for every txt email etc. Who also can explain the reasoning for what they are recommending not sure where to start on finding that person are there threads on here or other places that u would suggest

Located in enfield 1 issue that i do see coming up is taxes i from MA and now in Ct and used to a normal w2 tax return i would really like to find a cpa or investor friendly tax pro to kinda go over how everything work to make informed decisions and threads or recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Found the deal with out a agent but used a local one to help with paper work and showings

Would of help to have a more experience agent to help things go smoother
