we have had all of our tenants pay. Though some were a few days late. But we contacted our residents early on and I believe that caring touch is what drives them to continue to pay their rent

I would suggest passive-real estate investing, it is a good addition to any investment portfolio. the stock market which controls your 401k and Roth Ira will experience extreme volatility. Real estate offers a real asset, and multifamily has continued to outpace the S&P

Hi EDvan I started out buying a single triplex in Buffalo New York, then before I know it we owned 5 properties . Then I learned about REIT's and Syndication and realized we could grow our company by making it possible for all people to enjoy the benefits of income producing commercial properties

Partner with someone or look for a syndicator and invest passively for 10 to 12% return and a 3-5 year commitment before return of principle

You should consider investing passively until you're ready to go it on your own. Our company works with many passive investors in our syndication deals.

@Brentin Hess. Hi I am a syndicator out of California and have done deals. I agree it is a lot of work, and sometimes. Like pulling teeth. It is. Really a good. Toll. For those wanting to invest in real estate but not be landlords. I will be happy to talk to anyone about the whole process
