I appreciate your opinion but disagree. There are several others in my area that agree. Homes are selling above market value. This is the busiest year I have ever had building custom homes, so my statements are based on my experience and what I see in the trenches everyday. Making an assumption about an area you don't work in on a daily basis is ignorant.

I have lived in the Metro Detroit area for my whole life. I represent my family home building and remodeling company. I have several high ROI projects in the design phase just waiting for investors. My specialty is building custom homes. Lets chat.

I'm a home builder working with an experienced company looking for capital to build new homes in the HOT metro Detroit market. I'm looking for advice on how to find capital or an investor. Anyone have success getting financing for a builder spec home on this site?

Congrats! I am planning on quitting my W2 job in the next 6 months to focus on flipping and building homes. A success story gives me and everyone else motivation to push forward and not give up.
