Hey everyone!

I'll give you a little background about myself before I ask my questions. I currently live in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area and own one home that I've held for about 2.5 years. I am in the military and have about a year left in the area before my wife and I move to Japan. My goal is to rent out my current home and buy another 2-4 unit MFH before we leave.

-I've heard mixed reviews about Renter's Warehouse in my area, does anyone have any experience working with Renter's Warehouse or have any advice for stepping into the rental game for the first time?

-What roles or personnel make the ideal real estate investing team (i.e. realtor, broker, etc.)?

-Any recommended books to get started on the learning process?

Any assistance y'all can provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking to meet up with investors in the area. I can help with handyman work, labor, checking in on properties, research, etc.

Thanks again!

Anthony
