@Steven Jefferson I would say conventional heaters. In my opinion tankless is more expensive and use more gas to run. Also conventional should be a lot less expensive to install labor wise.

I would invest close to where you can check on the properties if you need to. I live no more than 30 miles from mine.

Hello everyone, I am under contract to buy a foreclosure property. Can anyone recommend a spreadsheet to keep up with with cost in property and the cost of rehab? I checked under the fileplace. I could not find a simple one. thanks

Thats what I use it for but it also will keep up with expenses and do all kinds of spreadsheets. I have never used that feature yet. I deal with low income properties and usually have to pick up rent in person it's nice to just open app on my phone and see all the due dates with addresses.

Meaning that my name stands good for it in case we fail to make payments through the LLC if I'm not mistaken the loans don't show up on my personal credit report
