Robin Williams congrats man! I live in Clear Lake and am only 18 years old. However, I have been working on rental property renovations for 3 years for my grandpas real estate business. If you ever need a cheap job done or want to discuss any investments in the Clear Lake area you can come to me or my grandpa. We both know the Clear Lake area very well. Congrats on the house and the offers Anthony

Hey guys, So I am very interested in Real Estate. I have read and learned a lot the past year about real estate investing. I love it and want to invest right out of college. I am fortunate to say that I am going to be inheriting a real estate business when I turn 24. The business has 4-5 houses that I will start out with. I am very lucky compares to many people who have to start out with nothing. My question is, what do you guys think I should do in the next 4 years to gain more knowledge about growing a real estate company. I want to be able to grow the real estate business, Im inheriting, to a huge business. What do you guys think I should do to prepare and take advantage of this great opportunity? Thanks so much, AC

I am a young real estate investor who will start investing in the next couple of years. I know you all aren't attorneys but what is better LLC or a LP? I am stressing about all of this and wondering if I have to learn about a LP and LLC or do I just let my future attorney worry about this?also, with a LP do you have to be in a partnership with someone else? How does that work? Thanks a lot for the future feedback! Anthony

Alexander, First the LLC paper work will any where from 100-1000 dollars and website can be from 500 all the way to a couple thousand. Just depends on how nice the website you want it to be. I have created a website and could create your website for you if you were interested. My email is [email protected] Your partner has capital and that is what you need to real estate invest. Partnerships might not be the best in the long run. You have to distinguish the pros and cons. Also, having a real estate license would be beneficial because you can net worth with other real estate agents and investors. Email me if you are interested in me creating your website. I will give you a discount because your a future real estate investor (just like me). Hope this helps a lot. Anthony

Hi guys I'm Anthony. I'm a 17 year old future real estate investor. My uncle has owned 10 properties the past 10 years and I have worked with my grandpa, who is the property manger, on 5 rental houses. I have listened to many BP podcasts and have read several books on real estate. I want to get into real estate investing as soon as I can. So I have 2 questions for all of you. 1. How can I get into real estate investing as soon as possible!? /. Real estate has gotten huge the last 10 years. Because of more and more competition Do you think the Real estate market will still be very lucrative in the next 10-50 years? Thanks so much for the feedback! Anthony
