@Laureano Perez I’m not into flipping. I’m interested I buy and hold for the cash flow. I heard being landlord is tuff because of the city inspection.

@Laureano Perez I see there house up for 40 - 50k in the ruff part of reading. Some of them need huge tlc work. And other with tenants in place. Are landlords are pulling out cause of bad tenants or city inspection are a hassle?
